We know that getting to and from our kennels or cattery isn’t always convenient. Our Pet Transport service offers a safe and reliable option for home pick-up and return after your pet’s stay with us.

Our vehicle is air-conditioned and fitted with comfortable flooring to ensure pets travel securely and with ease.

Cats and small dogs are transported in carriers, while larger dogs travel in spacious, secure areas.

We are unable to guarantee specific pick-up or drop-off times. However, we will always confirm your booking the day before and provide you with an estimated time of arrival.

Owners or guardians must be present to hand over and receive pets from our driver. To help pets travel comfortably, please do not feed them prior to collection. Breakfast will be provided once they arrive at our kennels, and on departure day, we kindly ask that you feed them once they arrive home. Vaccination cards must also be current and available for our staff to view prior to collection. Cats should be kept securely inside the nightbefore so they are ready for pick-up.
