DOG ACCOMMODATION
Shared Accommodation
Designed for well-socialised dogs who enjoy companionship.
Guests are carefully matched based on temperament, size, and age.
Group dynamics are monitored throughout the day to ensure comfort and harmony.
Under 14kg — $40 per day | Over 14kg — $50 per day
Peak periods attract a $5 surcharge.
Single Accommodation
For guests requiring space and quiet—whether due to breed

These suites offer privacy, reduced stimulation, and individualised care.

TRIAL STAYS
For select guests, an overnight trial stay is required before confirming a full booking.
This gentle introduction allows your dog to familiarise with our environment,
while our team ensures they are well-suited to our care setting.
$50 — Available Monday to Friday during off-peak periods only.
Bookings must be approved in advance.
CAT ACCOMMODATION
Shared Accommodation
Our cattery is a fully enclosed, temperature-controlled space,
distinct from our dog areas. Each guest enjoys a quiet, secure suite with
soft bedding, vertical space for movement, and calming outlooks.
Larger suites are available for multi-cat households.
Flat rate — $30 per day
Peak periods attract a $5 surcharge.
NOTE: Current F3 vaccinations required.
Please ensure flea and worm treatments are up to date.
NUTRITION
All guests are served premium Royal Canin dry food or D&D wet food.
If you prefer to provide your own, please supply meals
in a clearly labelled, pre-portioned container.
$3 per meal for owner-supplied food
Prescription diets incur no additional charge.
MEDICATION
We are able to administer medication for canine guests, provided written
instructions are supplied and arrangements approved prior to arrival.
$5 per administration
Medication is not administered to cats.
PRIVATE TRANSPORT
We offer home collection and return for guests, Monday to Saturday.
While exact times cannot be guaranteed, you’ll receive
a confirmation call the day prior with estimated arrival details.

Transport is not available to locations beyond 30km.
NOTE: A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. A guardian must be present at handover.
We recommend avoiding food prior to morning transport; breakfast is served upon arrival.
